Active Constituents:

Doramectin 4mg/mL and levamisole phosphate 200mg/mL in a solution for injection into cattle and sheep. Presented as 2x500mL PET plastic amber vials inside a unit carton.

Treatment and control of the following doramectin and levamisole sensitive internal parasites of cattle and sheep.
GASTROINTESTINAL ROUNDWORMS (adult and immature stages): Ostertagia ostertagi (incl. inhibited larvae), O. lyrata, Trichostrongylus sp, T. colubriformis, T. longispicularis (adults only), Cooperia oncophora, C. punctata, C. surnabada (mcmasteri), N. spathiger (adults only), S. papillosus (adults only), Bunostomum phlebotomum (adults only), Oesophagostomum radiatum and Trichuris sp. (adults only). Levamisole is also very active against susceptible benzimidazole-resistant strains. LUNGWORM: Dictyocaulus viviparus (adult and immature). Effective against strains of Trichostrongylus axei and small intestinal Trichostrongylus spp. and Cooperia spp. that are resistant to members of the avermectin/milbemycin family of anthelmintics. SUCKING LICE: Also shown to effectively aid in the control of sucking lice (Linognathus vituli, Haematopinus eurysternus and Solenopotes capillatus).
GASTROINTESTINAL ROUNDWORMS (adult and L4 stages): Haemonchus contortus, Teladorsagia (Ostertagia) circumcincta (including inhibited L4), T. (O.) trifurcata, Trichostrongylus axei, T. colubriformis, T. vitrinus, Cooperia oncophora, C. curticei, C. punctata, Nematodirus spathiger, N. filicollis, Chabertia ovina (adult only), Bunostomum trigonocephalum (adult only), Trichuris ovis (adult only). LUNGWORM: Dictyocaulus filaria (adult and immature).

1mL/20kg b.w. (equivalent to 0.2mg doramectin and 10mg levamisole phosphate per kg b.w) by s/c injection, into the side of the neck, preferably high up behind the ear. Divide doses greater than 10mL between 2 injection sites to minimise the likelihood of injection site reactions. A representative sample of animals should be weighed before treatment either with scales or with a weigh band. Draft animals into lines of similar body weight, then dose according to weight of the heaviest animal in the line. When there is a large variation in size within the group, drafting into 2 or more lines based on body weight may be appropriate to avoid excessive overdosing. Do not under dose.

Withholding Times:
MEAT: Cattle 21 days. Sheep 35 days. MILK: Cattle 21 days. Sheep 35 days. Where i/m injection may have occurred, animals producing meat and offal for human consumption must not be slaughtered within 42 days of the last treatment.
