Here’s a list of the specific criteria for applicants to our Graduate Program.

  • Recently completed or expected to finish tertiary qualification by January 2019, or completed no earlier than a year prior to applying (August 2017)
  • Must to able to start in January 2019
  • Have a can-do attitude and a willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Available for assessment activities in late September in Melbourne
  • Full Australian working rights (Australian citizenship or permenant residency)
  • Science degree, preferably with a focus on agriculture
  • Driver's license
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are encouraged to apply.



The process will consist of an application form, CV submission, interview, personality/aptitude test and an assessment activity in October.

You will receive acknowledgment of your application and be advised of the next steps. The closing date for applications is 26 August 2018.

A. They will be held in Melbourne. Full details will be outlined if you are successful in your application. Assessment acitivitieswill be held in late September 2018.


Q. Am I guaranteed a role at the end of the 18 month program?
A. We do not guarantee a role at the end of the program but we anticipate you would successfully apply for internal roles as available.
