Active Constituents:
Copper 50mg/mL (as calcium copper edetate) in a blue suspension for injection. Available in 200mL flexi-packs.
Indication:
Prevention and treatment of copper deficiency in cattle, sheep and deer.
Dosage:
Shake well before use and during use. Administer ONLY by s/c injection into the anterior half of the neck. Do not inject i/m as acute copper toxicity may result.
Where significant variation in bodyweight exists within a group, draft into lines of even sizes and adjust doses appropriately. Do not redose at intervals shorter than 4 months. Dose may be increased to 4mL in cattle aged over 4 months only when laboratory testing has confirmed copper deficiency is severe.
Shake well before and during use to ensure a uniform suspension. Drain all unused product from tube and gun if the product assembly is to be left standing, even for short periods. Disconnect giving set and automatic injector from flexi-pack and flush out completely before reuse.
