Bayer's Commitment to Reconciliation
Bayer is pleased to share our second ‘Reflect’ Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for 2024-2026, marking a significant milestone in our reconciliation journey. This new RAP, endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, reinforces our commitment and continues to embed our partnerships with Indigenous communities.
Our 2024/26 Action Plan supports reconciliation by learning from and collaborating with First Nations Peoples.
Our focus is building cultural awareness, immersive experiences, and partnerships to boost our learning. We also aim to seek opportunities to support First Nations Peoples across our business, supported by a broad Reconciliation Working Group.
Bayer completed its first ‘Reflect’ RAP in 2021. This initial RAP served as a blueprint for our pursuit of reconciliation, helping us collaborate and share knowledge, skills, and expertise to build strong relationships with First Nations Peoples and communities.
We acknowledge the role and expectations of Bayer as a contributor to supporting First Nations Peoples and are dedicated to fostering reconciliation and building stronger relationships.
