/ Field Solutions
Our Field Solutions team is vital in turning new chemistry and biological assets for seed growth, pest, disease, and weed control into solutions for healthier crops and the environment to benefit our customers across Australia and New Zealand. 
They are responsible for delivering the biological dossier and developing the technical recommendations supporting the registration of new products and adding new uses to existing products.

/ Market Development
The Market Development function in Australia and New Zealand is responsible for technical and communication activities that convey the value of our portfolio to the customer. 
Market Development works closely with customers and teams across the Crop Science division to create value. They participate in all aspects of the business cycle – from product development to delivery of our products to customers.

/ Digital Farming
Digital farming has become one of agriculture’s most exciting frontiers through advances in application technology and data science. Using digital farming tools, farmers can work smarter, combining their expertise and knowledge of the land with digitally‑enabled tools that collect and make sense of data. This provides them with actionable insights that allow for better decision-making. Our Vegetable Seeds organisation delivers on the Bayer purpose of Science For A Better Life by advancing health and nutrition and enabling access to safe, nutritious and delicious fruits and vegetables. We are dedicated to developing new fruit and vegetable seed varieties that growers across Australia and around the world can cultivate into quality, nutritious produce. Today, we deliver thousands of vegetable seed varieties spanning 20 different crops across greenhouses and glasshouses (protected), large and small open-field farms, and processing environments.

As a global leader in agriculture with significant scale and reach, we have an increased responsibility to address the challenges facing our food system and agriculture’s impact on the environment.
