Reconciliation action

Bayer completed its first ‘Reflect’ Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in 2021.

The RAP is a blueprint for Bayer’s pursuit of reconciliation. The RAP supported us to collaborate and share knowledge, skills and expertise to build strong relationships with First Nation Peoples and communities.

In 2023, Bayer proudly supported the Uluru Statement from the Heart and constitutional recognition of First Nations Australians through a Voice to Parliament.

At Bayer, we are working every day to achieve our vision of Health for all, Hunger for none. In 2024, we will embark on another ‘Reflect’ Reconciliation Action Plan to reinforce our reconciliation journey and embed our partnerships with Indigenous communities. We acknowledge the role and expectations of Bayer as a contributor to supporting First Nations Peoples.
